she's protective of her babies!! what a good momma kitty! she's healthy... much more so than the mommas in our parts. i feed them, but many don't. some of these mommas are so skinny i dont know how they survive for long. this momma you have pics of looks happy and content. her little babies are soooo cute!!!

yeah, the little gray and white one is sorta wild looking, but it's the just the markings on the upper points of his eyes. i think he's cute... maybe it's a girl tho. he's very interested in what you are though! he's a tad skinny.. hopefully he'll gain some weight.

we have a few pregnant mommas around here. i saw one yesterday. all these cats need to be fixed!!!

Both my son and I loved the cat pictures! So cute! Are they part of your family?

i came back to look at the pics again. just makes me so sad to hear that the little tiger one has died. she looked healthy enough. i hope that she didn't get into something that made her sick. kittens are so mischevious (sp?)... they get into so much while their mothers are away getting food.

inshallah, she's in kitty heaven...

you know, the first cat me and hashim had together, got out of our apt and was hit by a car. it was his first experience w/ such. it broke his heart. that night when we found his body, we brought him home and after coming up stairs from the garage, we both heard, at the same exact time, the little cat cry. we both looked at each other and asked if the other had heard it. our cat, aimee, mourned for weeks after.

losing an animal or even one that you become attached to, in any way, i think, is very difficult. but, in saying this, i do believe every thing happens for a reason. maybe it was to show you just how much you do care... when you thought you didn't like cats. know that life on the streets for feral/stray cats, can be really tough... she's in a better place now and doesn't have to worry about fighting for life/food later in her adult life.

Jane,

The cat is a street cat who gave birth in our garden. Unfortunatelly one of the kittens the tiger type, died yesterday. It was the first time i saw a cat dying:(((( it was very sad to watch, little kitten saying good bye to life:((((((

I start to blame his/her mother cat, what the hell she left them? from another point "everything has for the reason".....

Um Naief,

You see how sweet she/he was?....
I like kittens i just adore them, but i afraid to touch them, its take a while to have courage to touch them, let alone hold them in my hands.

Sorry to hear that the little kitten has died. It's sad, but it happens. Kittens get into so much trouble! Poor mama cat has several to look after who are probably everywhere at once.
